cANCELLATIONs

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you.  We therefore politely ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment otherwise there will be a charge of 50% of the service cost. If you fail to turn up for your appointment there will be a 100% charge of your service costs.

You will automatically receive a reminder text 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Please note it is your responsibility to remember your appointments to avoid cancellation charges.

Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place due to the sheer volume of cancellations and no shows we have had.


Deposits

We may request a 50% deposit or pre-payment for services upon booking.


Skin Testing

As a salon we are insured by BABTAC and care about our client's health and wellbeing. We therefore require all clients to have a patch test at least 24 hours prior to treatment if applicable. This applies to all clients, even if they have had this service carried out previously at other salons.


Complaints &

refunds

All our treatments are carried out by qualified stylists or therapists. If you are unsatisfied with your visit to Dolled Up, please contact the salon immediately or speak to the manager. We cannot give refunds on any services. However, we will look into your concerns and do our upmost to rectify any issues immediately.
