Please read these Terms of Use carefully and in their entirety before using the service.

CANCELLATIONS

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours beforehand. If you need to cancel your appointment, your deposit is fully refundable up to 24 hours before your appointment. If it is within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will not be refundable.

You will receive a reminder email 48 hours, followed by a text 24 hours, in advance of your appointment. Please note it is your responsibility to remember your appointments to avoid cancellation charges. Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place due to the sheer volume of cancellations and no shows we have had.

DEPOSITS

We request a 50% deposit or pre-payment for services upon booking.

SKIN TESTING

As a salon we are insured by BABTAC and care about our client's health and wellbeing. We therefore require all clients to have a patch test at least 24 hours prior to treatment if applicable. This applies to all clients, even if they have had this service carried out previously at other salons. Hair clients need a 48 hour patch test for all colouring services.

COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS

All our treatments are carried out by qualified stylists or therapists. If you are unsatisfied with your visit for any reason, please contact the salon immediately or speak to the manager. We cannot give refunds on any services. However, we will look into your concerns and do our utmost to rectify any issues immediately.
